Stala's Stars was started by Dave Stala in 2010 with the goal to give back to the community he is from. Through this program Stala aims to provide local youth the same opportunities he was given while growing up in TigerTown.

Every home game, Stala's Stars invites 40 kids from local community centres to attend a Tiger-Cats home game. Each kid receives an autographed t-shirt and gets to meet Dave prior to kick-off.

As a part of this program, Dave will visit schools in the Hamilton area to give educational speeches. During these visits he will discuss the importance of school, bullying, peer pressure, goal setting and making choices.
